PJ is our MD and has been in the furniture industry for over 35 years. He has a passion for quality design in furniture and lighting and loves nothing better than putting architects and interior designers in touch with the best in new design ideas.
PJ’s design ethos is that good furniture makes the building function and that all architects and designers should always be involved in their selection. He is obsessed with ensuring that furniture schemes, especially within the public sector, are reflective of the ambitions of the architect and the customer even when required to show value for money.
Nicole is a Director of Momentum and has 20 years’ experience working successfully with customers to achieve their ambitions. She is the creative focus of Momentum and has a keen eye for layout, detail and a terrific working knowledge of contemporary furnishing which makes her a valuable resource.
Nicole manages the business and personally project manages our larger projects. A force of energy, she can always be found by following the laughter. She is passionate about promoting quality and design and strives to ensure we work as hard as we can to provide the best possible service for our customers.
Lyn is our resident trend spotter and design inspiration who advises on our soft furnishings and spots new fabrics, finishes and trends and makes sure we're all up to date. Lyn is the mother of Momentum and makes sure we're all looked after and the little ducks are in a row.
Gemma has been with Momentum since 2007 and is our Luxury Brands Key Account Manager specialising in high end design and boutique projects. Gemma has an outstanding product knowledge and has worked on many high end residential projects in London and abroad as well as top hotels and restaurants. Gemma finds clever options and solutions to fit the customers design concepts that are best suited for their specific project. She always knows the newest and most exciting pieces on the market and where to find them and is quick off the mark to find the best answers for last minute presentations. Gemma is the harassed designer’s favourite person and an invaluable resource.
Nick joined Momentum in 2008 with a successful background in lighting and contract projects in London. He is our Contract Sales Manager and technical furniture specialist. With a hands-on approach to problem solving Nick has an outstanding knowledge of the mechanics and construction of products and putting together clever furniture packages for projects. Nick works with architects, design practices and end users on larger projects that require complicated design solutions. Nick has worked on projects all over the UK in education, work environments, student accommodation and residential projects.
Rhian is an Interior Designer with over 10 years experience in the industry and has worked on many interior projects. Rhian joined Momentum in late 2015 and since then has worked on the new Willmott Dixon HQ in Cardiff, Univeristy of Wales Trinity Saint David's Library building and the new Dementia Research Institute at Cardiff University as well as a number of private residential projects. She is passionate about design and detail and works tirelessly to ensure a perfect outcome.
Rhiain handles all our Marketing and PR, brand awareness and social media. Implementing our marketing objectives and our communication strategy. Rhiain writes about our exciting news, fabulous new product designs, latest projects and special events and shares all of it with the world. She is fast becoming the focal point for all of our communications and events.
Jan looks after all money matters here at Momentum. She watches the pennies, both yours and ours, to make sure that projects come in on budget and that the books balance.
Emily has joined us as sales and design support after working in media and marketing for 2 years. Emily is a support and helping hand to the sales team and she also deals with her own customers and projects. Her keen eye for detail and passion for design means she’s a great addition to the Momentum team.
Jo brings a wealth of organisational experience to Momentum, having run senior sales operations and managed teams in some of the biggest retail stores in the UK. Her professional and “no nonsense” approach makes her the perfect fit to run our expanding office and ensure our customer service is spot-on.
Tom handles all the logistics and project management here at Momentum. From placing orders to deliveries, he ensures all the correct pieces are shipped on time from manufacturers and arrive in the right location. He co-ordinates our team of delivery people and liaises with customers so that everyone knows when, where and how.
Karl is our Installation Supervisor and has been with Momentum for 9 years, there isn't much he doesn’t know about product and logistics. He’s always out on site ensuring that everything is delivered and installed correctly. Karl’s keen attention to detail and quick thinking means that even when problems arise they are always resolved... customers love Karl and his team.
