The City Campus in Newport is home to the University of South Wales Business School and the Art, Design and Media facilties. The mainly open-plan interior is shared by academics, students and researchers and the space had to suit the differing demands.

As both an education facility and a central Newport landmark, a key part of the city centre regeneration, the space has been designed to foster a creative environment and inspire entrepreneurial spirit. The building was a winner of the RIBA award and the Mix Interiors Educational Facility of the Year award in 2011. Momentum worked to ensure that this project remained innovative, modern and high-quality and achieved the objective of the University to “enhance the student experience."
This stunning waterside campus building includes designs from STUA, Allermuir, Faram, Abstracta, Sancal, Lammhults, Pedrali, Andreu World, Globe Zero 4, BCI, Foscarini, Luceplan and Flos.
Momentum provided the furniture for the new quiet and social 24hr study areas to St. Mary’s Library at the Historic University.

Hadyn Ellis Building is a new development to Cardiff University bringing many benefits to university staff including purpose-built facilities for cutting-edge research and space for greater public involvement in their work. The project is part of the Campus Horizons Investment Strategy to transform the working environment throughout the university estate.
Cardiff University’s ground-breaking Trevithick Library for the School of Science and Engineering won the 2010 SCONUL award in the Small Library category. The aim for the interior was to create an identity for the library that made it an enticing and inspiring space, yet functional for all users.

The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama makes a central contribution to the cultural life of Cardiff and Wales. Through the wonderful talent of its graduates and patrons it greatly influences the international arts industry. The landmark Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama building has won four British Architecture Awards from the Royal Institute of British Architects.
The Cotton Club is a student and staff bar and restaurant facility designed by Stride Treglown Interiors in Bristol for the University of Reading. It is located in an old milking dairy and Momentum supplied the furniture for this great project.
A popular and important centre for arts in central Cardiff, Chapter underwent considerable improvement and refurbishment in 2010. Working with interior designers Angela Gidden MBE and Mark Rees, Momentum supplied all the furniture for the cafe restaurant bars and more recently for the external spaces.
ATRiuM (The Cardiff School of Creative & Cultural Industries) designed by Holder Mathias, worked with Momentum to develop a furniture
package that met the design brief and could be completed in 6 weeks over the summer.
Cardiff University's School of Psychology is a main Universitiy building located in Cardiff city centre.
The City of London Freemen's School is an independent co-educational school for children aged 7 to 18, founded in 1854. The refurbishment of the 6th form area gave Momentum the chance to work on this great project with Hawkins Brown Architects. The project was funded by the City of London Corporation.
