Frome Medical Practice is one of the South West’s largest medical centres looking after 33,000 patients. This ambitious new build was completed in December 2012 and was entirely project managed by the client who was keen to ensure that the building and the interior reflected their ambitions. Momentum worked with the client for 2 years on the interior architecture, layout, design and furniture specification.

Tan-Y-Fron Extra Care Scheme

Tan-Y-Fron is a new purpose built Extra Care development located one mile from Llandudno in North Wales. It provides high quality, purpose built apartments for rent or purchase to people over 60 with a domiciliary care need. The idea was to create a comfortable, convenient, safe and secure place to promote an independent lifestyle whilst having 24 hour on site domiciliary care if needed. From the design of the building to the furnishings placed in each area, every detail was carefully thought out to enable the ease of mobility and accommodate technology.
