The new St Clair Gardens has a range of communal areas, resident lounges, dining areas and bedrooms for its residents.

The brief was to supply furniture that was contemporary, comfortable and able to withstand daily use by residents and visitors. Incorporating colour in the scheme was important and with the designer we did this by including a range of colours on key pieces with different finishes and upholstery fabrics.

Tan-Y-Fron Extra Care Scheme

Tan-Y-Fron Extra Care Scheme

Tan-Y-Fron is a new purpose built Extra Care development located one mile from Llandudno in North Wales. It provides high quality, purpose built apartments for rent or purchase to people over 60 with a domiciliary care need. The idea was to create a comfortable, convenient, safe and secure place to promote an independent lifestyle whilst having 24 hour on site domiciliary care if needed. From the design of the building to the furnishings placed in each area, every detail was carefully thought out to enable the ease of mobility and accommodate technology.
