Originally built in 1855, the historic Ebenezer Chapel on Charles Street in Cardiff has recently undergone a major refurbishment to give the building a new lease of life.
Purchased by the Catholic Archdiocese of Cardiff in May 2012, the chapel was awarded with a heritage Lottery Fund of £1.2million for the refurbishment. The historic Ebenezer Chapel has now been transformed into an exciting venue for all occasions including business, community, arts and weddings, as well as a café to the side.
As neighbours to the Cornerstone redevelopment project, Momentum is proud to have furnished the beautifully restored chapel. Momentum worked closely with the project manager and appointed architects Petersen Williams to specify the furniture and to advise on interior design & space planning. The architects were sympathetic to the original design of the chapel and ensured original features were preserved and highlighted in the refurbishment.

The new STAR Hub located at Splott Park is a new £6 million purpose built building, designed by Stride Treglown Architects and built by Wilmott Dixon. The new Hub offers a range of facilities for the local community including a swimming pool, gym, fitness suite, library, multi-use community rooms and a café.
The refurbishment of this grand building brings public arts facilities and opportunities to a town that has suffered from an economic decline in recent years. An £8M redevelopment programme supported by the Welsh Government, European regional development fund, Heritage lottery fund and Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council bought this 19th century magistrates court, holding cells and civic centre into the 21st Century.
Originally built in 1926 the Penarth Pier Pavilion has recently undergone major refurbishment. The £4.2 refurbishment of the pavilion reached completion and was open again to the public on 1st of December 2013.
As one of few remaining Victorian Piers in Wales, the project involved a careful refurbishment of the art deco style Grade II listed pavilion. This refurbishment intended to spark a resurgence of interest in the pavilion returning it the centre of the Penarth community. It has since been inundated with visitors and has won awards including the Community Benefit award and the Project of the Year 2014 by RICS awards 2014.

Land's End Airport is owned and run by the Isles of Scilly Steamship Group. They provide public flights to the Isles of Scilly as well as commercial flying activities such as aerial photography and charter work. Momentum worked directly with the designer, Steve Coombe of 3idog, to help fulfil the design brief he had agreed with the airport for their new terminal.

The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama makes a central contribution to the cultural life of Cardiff and Wales. Through the wonderful talent of its graduates and patrons it greatly influences the international arts industry. The landmark Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama building has won four British Architecture Awards from the Royal Institute of British Architects.
Llanelly House is located in the heart of Llanelli and is one of the most outstanding early Georgian buildings in Wales. Built in 1714, this Grade I listed building has intriguing architecture and evidence of changing building styles. From the Jacobean Era, Llanelly House has seen additions and improvements through the ages, which has resulted in a stunning Georgian mansion whose stature and grounds dictated the map of the town itself.
Working within strict sustainability criteria Momentum furnished all meeting rooms and supplied auditorium seating to the Welsh Institute for Sustainable Education (WISE).
