Working closely with Simple Simon on the interior design and supported by photography from Evoke Pictures, our furniture specification complemented the design vision — striking the right balance between practicality for a busy hospitality setting and the warm, community-focused aesthetic Mokoko is known for.

Set within the beautifully restored Spitfire Hangar — a historic aircraft hangar transformed into a vibrant community hub — the new Mokoko Bakery offers freshly baked viennoiserie, sourdough breads, handmade sandwiches and seasonal coffee beneath soaring trusses and beside a terrace overlooking Brabazon Park.

The result is a thoughtfully furnished space that enhances the experience of every visit, reflecting the craftsmanship of Mokoko’s products and the architectural character of this unique heritage setting.
