Known as much for their warm hospitality as their exceptional speciality coffee, their Cardiff opening on St Mary Street brings that same considered, design-led approach to Wales for the first time. It's a strong location — a landmark city centre street — and a space that feels every bit as good as it looks.

Momentum designed and supplied the complete furniture package across the ground floor and basement, including bespoke fitted seating and a carefully selected range of loose furniture. This is our second collaboration with Society Café, following their Cheltenham site in 2023, and it's one we're genuinely proud of.

This project is a great example of what happens when a client's vision is clear and their values run through every detail of a space. We're proud to have played a part in bringing Society Café to Cardiff, and we look forward to seeing them become a fixture in the city's coffee scene.
