Crown Place is a 33-storey student, 814 bed, student accommodation scheme in central Birmingham for Crown Student Living. Offering a mix of studio and cluster apartments alongside a wide range of shared amenities. Designed to enhance both academic and social aspects of student life, the development brings together contemporary living spaces with vibrant communal areas.
Momentum Contract Furniture worked closely with Westworks Interiors to supply loose furniture throughout the scheme’s key shared spaces. From relaxed lounges and study zones to communal kitchens, selections were made to balance durability, comfort and modern design — ensuring the spaces are welcoming while meeting the demands of high-use environments.
This is the 3rd project we have completed for CSL including Nottingham and Swansea. Momentum supplied the full loose furniture package for all amienty space, bedrooms and communal living space. The loose furniture was delivered in the last stages of build and installed over a 3 week period in time for the Students this winter.
