Moon Street Student Accommodation

Location: Stokes Croft, Bristol
Client: RED Construction
Designer: Angus Meek Architects with Interior Design by A Designer at Heart
Type: PBSA

Rising on the former site of the Blue Mountain Nightclub and Sebright Printers, Moon Street brings 184 new student beds to one of Bristol's most creative neighbourhoods.

Delivered by RED Construction Group and designed by Angus Meek Architects, the five-storey scheme pairs brick and stone facades with a standing seam roof, wrapping cluster and studio flats around a set of amenity spaces built for student life.

Momentum supplied the loose furniture package for the development's amenity spaces, working to the scheme's interior design and brand standards to furnish the cinema room, games area, breakfast bar, courtyard, and study and social spaces. Each area was specified to suit its use — from relaxed lounge seating and games furniture through to practical, hard-wearing pieces for the breakfast bar and communal kitchen areas — coordinated across brands and finishes before being delivered and installed on site.

Operating under Fresh Student Living, the building gives residents a genuine mix of places to study, socialise, and unwind, just minutes from Stokes Croft's bars, cafés and independent shops.
